How EMS Training Works

More Muscle Activation In Less Time

EMS training stimulates your muscles while you perform simple, guided movements, activating far more muscle fibers than traditional workouts without heavy weights or high-impact exercises. At XLAB, every session is fully coached and tailored to your body, fitness level, and goals, so you stay in control while the technology does the extra work.
Activate deeper muscle fibres: EMS engages muscles that are difficult to reach with standard training, supporting better strength and tone.
Low impact on joints: Ideal for people with joint pain, injuries, or bodies that no longer tolerate high impact workouts.
Results without long sessions: A full body workout is completed in just 20 minutes, making consistency easier to maintain.
Fully coached every session: You are guided one on one to ensure correct movement, comfort, and safe intensity levels.

Common Questions

Is EMS Training Right For You

Is EMS training safe?
Yes. EMS training is safe when delivered by trained coaches who adjust intensity to your body and experience level. At XLAB, every session is fully coached and tailored in real time to ensure comfort and control throughout.
Do I need to be fit before starting?
No. Many clients start with little or no recent training experience. EMS sessions are designed to meet you where you are and progress at a pace that suits your body.
Is EMS training suitable if I have pain or past injuries?
EMS training is low impact and joint friendly, which makes it suitable for many people managing pain or returning after injury. We adjust movements and intensity to reduce strain while still building strength. Medical clearance may be required in some cases.
How often should I train with EMS?
Most clients train one to two times per week. Because EMS activates more muscle in less time, frequent long sessions are not needed to see results.
Will 20 minutes really make a difference?
Yes. EMS stimulates a high percentage of muscle fibres at once, which is why a 20 minute session can replace much longer traditional workouts when done consistently.
