Does EMS help with weight loss?
EMS can support weight loss by building lean muscle and increasing calorie burn in a short, efficient workout. When combined with good nutrition and consistency, many clients see improvements in body composition and tone.
Can EMS build muscle & tone?
Suitable if I haven’t exercised in a long time?
Yes. EMS training is low impact and fully coached, making it suitable for beginners or anyone returning to exercise after a long break. Each session is tailored to your ability and comfort level.
What should I wear to a session?
Do I need to bring anything?
Is EMS training suitable during pregnancy?
EMS training is not recommended during pregnancy. If you are pregnant or think you may be, please let us know and consult your healthcare provider before starting any training. We are happy to discuss suitable options for returning to training after pregnancy.
Is EMS training suitable after pregnancy?
Yes, EMS can be suitable postnatally once you have medical clearance. Sessions are fully coached and tailored to support a safe return to strength, core stability, and overall fitness at a pace that suits your body.
What results can I expect and how long will it take?
Many clients start to feel stronger and more connected to their body within the first few sessions. Visible changes in muscle tone and body composition typically develop over several weeks with consistent training and healthy lifestyle habits.
How is EMS different from regular gym training?
EMS activates more muscle fibres at once while using simple, low impact movements. This allows you to build strength and tone in just 20 minutes, without heavy weights, long workouts, or crowded gym environments.
Still not sure?
If you have questions that were not answered here, or you want to talk through whether EMS training is right for your body, we are here to help. A coach can explain how EMS works, discuss any injuries or concerns, and help you decide the best next step. There is no obligation and no pressure to book. Sometimes a short conversation is all it takes to feel confident moving forward.
