Yes. Many XLAB clients start after long breaks from exercise. Sessions are fully coached and adjusted to your current ability so you can train safely and confidently from day one.
Does EMS training hurt?
No. EMS feels like a controlled muscle contraction, not pain. Intensity is adjusted for each muscle group and can be increased or reduced at any time during the session.
How is EMS different from regular gym training?
