In Melbourne, XLAB EMS Training is the go-to EMS workout. Using XBody electro muscular stimulation equipment, XLAB EMS sessions provide all the benefits of a conventional 90-minute workout in only 20 minutes. You can train independently or with a partner. Sessions are personalised to your goals, whether you wish to gain muscle, lose weight, or simply become healthier!
The body you’ve always wanted, faster than ever before!
-
EMS is the fastest way to build strength and grow muscles because of the massive muscle activation and huge hormonal response.
-
Using EMS can help improve your posture, as the special training programs contain exercises for the back, the lower back, the abs and even the shoulders.
-
EMS strength training combined with EMS cardio, can help you tone up, burn fat and reduce cellulite. EMS will increase circulation through the skin and fascial tissue, which improves skin tone and reduce cellulite
-
Item With EMS, you can acheive massive muscle activation without putting any pressure on the joints. This makes EMS a safe and highly effective way to train. EMS is ideal after joint replacements or anyone with restricted movement or mobility
-
EMS is ideal for improving any muscular imbalances in the body by stimulating ALL of the muscles, including those with a weaker neural connection.
-
“Not enough time” is no longer a valid excuse. With EMS you can achieve the results of a 90-minute training in just 20 minutes, and the training can be adjusted specifically to help you reach your goal
What are the benefits of EMS training?
EMS Training VS PT Gym Training
What is EMS?
Muscle contraction is induced by use of electric impulses; this process is known as electrical muscle stimulation (EMS). Sound too scientific?
Its actually quite simple..
Electronic current is administered via electrodes placed on the skin just above the target muscles. By stimulating muscular contraction using electrical impulses, we can simulate the feel of real movement and enhanced muscle contractions.
Muscle conditioning and strength both benefit from EMS training, making it a 21st-century staple in fitness.
How does EMS work?
During regular strength training, the brain sends signals to the muscles, instructing them to contract. However, because some muscles do not have a well-established connection to the brain, they do not respond to stimulation in the same way and do not grow to their full potential.
All the major muscle groups are worked out during EMS training, and the motoric nerve connections that control muscle movement are strengthened. By sending electric impulses straight to these motoric neurones, we excite even the poorly linked muscles.
EMS Training's ability to stimulate muscle fibres in a non-linear fashion allows for a higher training intensity from the get-go, which in turn facilitates the rapid and efficient production of additional muscle fibre. Muscles that do more work require more calories to fuel their activity. even at rest, you'll be able to consume more energy.
