Training throughout pregnancy is not something that we advocate. The majority of new mothers may begin exercising with us as soon as four weeks after giving birth without putting themselves in danger. However, before anything else, we strongly suggest consulting with your primary care physician.

After having a caesarean section, it is strongly suggested that you discuss the possibility of EMS training with your primary care physician first. If your doctors gives you the all-clear to begin exercising, you can usually do so between six and eight weeks after giving birth.
